To create and educate children about the importance and consumption of fruits in regular diet fruit salad activity was conducted for Grade 1 by Ms. Laxmi Sharma on 28th and 29th of June, 2021.
At the beginning of the session, teacher explained the importance of eating fruits to remain strong and healthy. After all the instructions given by the teacher, students made a healthy fruit salad by mixing different fruits such as banana, apple, papaya, guava etc. Tomake it more yummy few students added honey, Hershey’s to the salad. At the end of the session all the students relished and enjoyed their bowl of salad and even understood the fact that fruits are better than junk foods.
